Welcome to 2022… I flow you my supportive intentions as we enter the third year of what history will show to have been one of the most transformative and influential periods in modern times. Since we’re all living through it, we don’t have the perspective that will come with reflection. Ask any senior to tell you about what it was like to live through the Great Depression, or World War II… they will tell you that during the experience itself, they were only focused on basic survival and what it took to get through it. They will most likely also say that upon “looking back” they realize that there was massive stress on them that they weren’t fully aware of at the time.
This “lack of awareness” is actually one of the coping skills we learn to help us make it through life’s challenges. We usually do this to soften the overwhelm of emotions and triggers that come up, yet this can quite often submerge emotional energies into our subconscious – even for the most Awake among us… only to pop up at times when we let our guard down, or when we are again triggered in similar ways.
Qigong is one of those amazing practices that help us in several ways. One is to build our centering, grounding, and Heart Resonance so that stressors have less impact on us as they are occurring. By strengthening our Wei Qi Field, our energetic alignment stays in harmony and the otherwise toxic effects of negative energy and world pressures – including Fear – have minimal influence upon us. This is big and why you need to do your daily practice and learn moves that can support this.
The second support Qigong provides – and this may seem minor so it gets less attention – is to build our sensitivity to subtle energies. If you’ve taken my classes you know I always describe Qigong as “sensitivity training.” This means that through regular practice, you can sense things that most people who go around “asleep” completely miss or misinterpret. This not only means “feeling energy” but it more importantly means to sense the subtle messaging from our physical bodies and our subconscious.
This sensitivity can help you become aware of a health symptom at it’s very earliest stage when it is easy to transform your body through Qi activation back to a healed state. This sensitivity can also help you “hear” an emotional message from your subconscious so that you can transform it in the same way – early enough so that it doesn’t need to play itself out in your life as Fear, Anxiety, Grief, Worry, or Anger… and damage the Organ Systems related to those vibratory frequencies.
This concept is core to what I share in the Zang Fu Gong Organ Cleansing Qigong Courses and is at the heart of the Qigong Healer Course I will be offering to those who meet the prerequisites later this year.
Breathe and please don’t underestimate the massive pressures that these current times are exerting upon us from a constantly shifting mass media narrative, to erratic and questionable policies from those in leadership roles.
Trust that you are born into these times because it perfectly fits your path. I know that this can sound cliché and “new age” but those of you who know me, know my intention. All that we are experiencing now on a global scale reminds us of why we do our practice, and why we have acquired the skills to stay Awake. We in fact have been training precisely for these times and now are asked to stay empowered, and remember the cleansing gift of dancing with energy and activating Qi in a conscious way through Qigong practice. Peace… Francesco
